An agile learning program designed to build change capability in bite sized chunks.

You start with a foundation  four-hour workshop that can be delivered in 2 x 2 hours.

  • Change and me
  • VUCA change best practices
  • Future state definition
  • Co-design our change principles

And then pick n mix what you need after that from:

  • 18 Learning Bumps –  6 themed bundles of 3 x 10 minute videos with add-on resources and experiments to run at work – at your pace, in your time.
  • 100 Change ready Nudges – micro – content themed to your Learning Bumps for you to share with your people to stimulate thinking and embed change.
  • Change coaching clinics – One-on-one time  with experienced change practitioners – opportunity to reflect on practice, try new ways of working, prepare and plan for future change activity.
