Our engagement can be anything from 5 days to 12 months. I’m deeply committed to building sustainable solutions and change capability of your people while I’m with you. I’m also deeply committed to making sure we enjoy the work we do together.

When should you work with me?
You get your best Return on Investment (ROI) when you bring me in at the beginning of your transformation efforts. It is always more cost effective to have a change practitioner in at design stage. If you bring us in at the end, just before you launch the change, we’ll be putting out fires, cleaning up stuff. Happy to do it, though. And there’ll still be laughter, knowledge and results.
Contract or consultant?
It’s your call – I do both. I can come in and lead your own teams and build their capability. We can work on retainer, hourly billing or daily rate. Let’s chat about what your needs are. I’ll be straight up, if we’re not a good fit, I’ll see who I have in my network for you.
What change methodology do you use?
I’m methodology agnostic. I’ve worked with many change management methodologies (Agile Change, Prosci, PCI, Lean, Appreciative Enquiry, Six Sigma, and several in-house methodologies). I’m wed to none of them – and appreciative of all. They all have their benefits – it’s horses for courses really. I can work with your in-house methodology or introduce you to a new one.
