Change, coach, create,  and communicate. Add some joy and rampant hedonism and it probably captures me well?

The more formal version suggests that I run a change management and communication services consultancy. If you are going through workplace change, I make life easier for you.

I do this by either consulting or contracting onsite, running ”Conversation of Change Retreats” or conduct remote coaching online or by Skype with the e-Change Agent packages.  

I collaborate with clients, other businesses in the form of contracting, and with community.  I have a PhD in Management, and still lecture from time to time.  IABC has been an awesome network for me, and I give back by being on the IABC Victoria Board and have also founded the Change Management Professionals – a community of professionals who work in change management roles.
