Jen Frahm (PhD Management) is the founder of Conversations of Change, and an experienced change management practitioner, communications professional, executive coach and speaker. With a deep understanding of communication, change management and human behaviour, Jen combines a range of skills to help companies bring about lasting change in their organizations.
She is a prolific generator of valuable information and content about the future of work and organizational change. She has a podcast series (Conversations of Change), two very popular e-books (The Transformation Treasure Trove), and a blog (The Water Cooler).
She has worked across multiple industries – from wine sales to wedding dresses, veterinary products to energy retailers, nuns and engineers. Big banks, small IT companies. Publically listed, privately owned and non-profit organizations. Her change projects have included culture change, process change, digital transformation, legislative change, mergers and acquisitions and technology / systems change.
Previously an academic, Jen’s research interests cover organizational theory, organizational change, organizational communication and qualitative research methods. She has lectured in undergrad, postgrad and executive programs in leadership, organizational behavior, project management, entrepreneurship, innovation and government / business relations.
Jen’s community work with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Victoria Chapter, the Organizational Change Management Practitioners Group and the Change Management Professionals has placed her at the forefront of world developments in change management and communication. She has been listed in the Change Management Review’s 5 Next Generation Thought Leaders and Change Source’s the Top 20 Change Visionaries You Need to Know and is a Solo Change Agent with the Change Agents World Wide network.
She runs workshops and provides consulting services to a range of organizations. Jen is an International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Recommended Speaker and is engaged for both corporate and community event bookings.
