Jennifer Frahm (PhD Mgt) is the founder of Conversations of Change and an experienced change management practitioner, communications professional and executive coach. With a deep understanding of communication, change management and human behaviour, Jennifer combines a range of skills to help companies bring about lasting change in their organisations.
She has worked across multiple industries – pharmaceutical, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, retail and within public, private and non profit sectors. Her change projects have included culture change, process change, legislative change, mergers and acquisitions and technology / systems change.
Jennifer’s community work with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Victoria Chapter, the Organisational Change Management Practitioners Group and the Change Management Professionals has placed her at the forefront of world developments in change management and communication.
She runs workshops and provides consulting services to a range of organisations. Jennifer is an IABC Recommended Speaker and is available for corporate and community event bookings.
